About This Role

The Senior Designer will serve as a creative lead across multiple client teams; establishing primary direction and then executing, or overseeing its execution across all relevant mediums and marketing channels. You are tasked with creating website designs and adhering to UX best practices and principles, producing email marketing templates, simple animations, social media ads, banner ads, as well as playing a role in creative storytelling and graphic production.

Day-to-Day Expectations

Art direct key projects and tasks
Simple Animations (GIFS, SVGs, Basic Video Ads)
Develop responsive website wireframes and design - UX and UI
Effectively integrate skills with video production (story development, storyboards, graphics, direction)
Interpret and translate client discussions into actionable strategy and recommendations
Lead and/or initiate effective team & cross-discipline collaboration
Assist in project estimates
Contribute to, and hold team accountable to project scope documentation - assist in managing production workflow

Required Skills

Excellent presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing & creative storytelling
Advanced knowledge of usability best practices
Advanced knowledge of on-page SEO strategies and how to implement into design
Proven understanding of image optimization and manipulation
Working knowledge of front-end development skills
Proven and effective delegation abilities
Working knowledge of information architecture, user experience and usability best practices
Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
