About This Role

The Content Marketing Strategist supports both website and digital marketing initiatives by developing and executing content strategies that align with client goals.

This role works across website and marketing projects, helping shape website content strategy while executing core digital marketing activities such as SEO, email marketing, organic social, and reporting. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable building pages, analyzing performance data, and contributing ideas that improve marketing outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, account managers, and clients to ensure websites and campaigns are built with strong content, sound SEO practices, and clear performance tracking.

Day-to-Day Expectations

  • Support website strategy and planning, including sitemaps and content structure

  • Build and update pages in CMS platforms using SEO and UX best practices

  • Execute marketing activities including SEO, email marketing, and organic social

  • Conduct keyword research and assist with ongoing content optimization

  • Assist with website launches, including pre- and post-launch quality checks

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and standard client reports. Implement basic tracking and analytics setup within Google Analytics and GTM

  • Monitor performance data and identify opportunities for optimization

  • Participate in internal and client meetings to communicate progress and recommendations

Required Skills

  • Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO and content strategy

  • Experience working in CMS platforms and marketing tools

  • Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate it into recommendations

  • Familiarity with website user experience and content structure best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain marketing concepts clearly
