About This Role

A Click Rain Account Coordinator owns the day-to-day details that make our projects and clients successful. They own communication with the client and internal team, always keeping things clear and professional. Reporting, account service, project management, and DETAILS are all daily requirements.

Day-to-Day Expectations

  • Manage tasks in our project management system

  • Set up calls and meetings with clients & internal team

  • Prepare meeting agendas & deliverables for client and internal meetings

  • Take client meeting notes and organize them into clear action points

  • Execute simple email marketing & other tactical needs

  • Implement CMS updates

  • Answer & field inbound phone calls

  • Organize client information & working documents

  • Provide clients with post-meeting summaries

  • Provide team with project & monthly partnership hour updates

  • Field team task needs

  • Create and schedule project management folders

Required Skills

  • Understand basic digital platforms

  • Solid analytical, written, and verbal skills

  • Keen understanding of Click Rain's project management process

  • Proactive, highly motivated

  • Detail-oriented with ability to provide excellent customer service

Preferred Years of Experience

Entry level, but some professional experience desired
