Alex received her M.A. in Communication & Media Studies from SDSU and taught at the collegiate level before finding her way to Click Rain. She is passionate about building client relationships and aligning them with our team's dynamic skill sets and offerings. As an account executive, she is a liaison between Click Rain and our clients, ensuring communication is maintained and expectations are met. In her role, organization is a must; needless to say, she's a big fan of color-coding, friendly and concise emails, trying new tools, and putting her "entire life" on her Google calendar.
Alex manages different sets of expectations, anticipates needs, advocates for both sides of the client-agency relationship, and, above all, communicates (something she excels at!). She strives for success, and you'll find through working with her that clarity and excellence are the focal points of her workflow.
